Adopting a flexible modular combination design concept, it is suitable for the screwing of bottles and caps of various specifications.

No need to replace accessories; simply adjust it easily. The operation is simple and maintenance is convenient. The bottle opening mechanism consists of three groups: initial rotation and re-rotation. The torque size can be adjusted separately to ensure a tight fit and the clutch device surface will not be too tight and damage the cap.

Two sets of bottle clamping ring mechanisms make it applicable to high bottles or bottles that are unstable when standing. Bottle opening machine, conveyor, bottle opening machine, bottle clamping belt, the speeds can be adjusted separately, making it more practical.

Optional: Fully automatic bottle opening machine and storage hopper. Variable frequency speed control, automatic display of counting. The entire machine is designed in accordance with GMP requirements.
