PT-12 Electronic counting machine

Working principle

When in operation, the drug particles are poured into the top hopper. By appropriately adjusting the primary, intermediate and final vibration feeders, the stacked drug particles in the hopper gradually slide continuously in a straight line along the vibrating trough plate to the discharge port. Then, each particle falls through the detection channel. Using the principle of photoelectric effect, the working signal generated by the infrared dynamic scanning sensor when the drug particles fall is input into the FPGA high-speed microprocessor. Through the coordination of circuits and programs, counting is achieved and then the bottles or bags are automatically filled.

The machine has various automatic protection or removal devices, and counting, bottling, or bagging are automatically monitored to automatically remove products that do not meet the requirements
