Working principle
The LP-200 high-speed bottle sorting machine stores plastic bottles manually in the storage bin. The plastic bottles in the storage bin are automatically supplied to the rotating disc by the mesh belt elevator. The rotating disc rotates to sort the bottles according to the requirements. The flap wheel removes the irregular bottles. The conveying part conveys the bottles supplied by the rotating disc to the sorting part at a certain speed. The sorting part sorts the bottles by using the different bottle flipping devices and conveys them to the conveying machine in a standardized manner. It realizes real-time monitoring and feedback through sensors, meeting the requirements of fully automated operation. The LP-200 high-speed bottle sorting machine is one of the indispensable automated equipment in high-speed production lines. It can significantly reduce labor costs and lower labor intensity, and avoid losses caused by human error factors.
