The machine incorporates multiple patented design innovations: a butterfly valve-type hopper with vibration device specifically engineered to handle poor-flowing powders such as herbal extracts; a fully enclosed turntable with PTFE oil-free bearings and double-layer silicone seals that requires no internal lubrication; and an integrated powder recovery system using negative pressure that captures and recycles leaked powder without cross-contamination .
