The NJP-3800C Automatic Capsule Filling Machine achieves an industrial-scale production capacity of 228,000 capsules per hour (3,800 capsules per minute), powered by a 10.5kW motor and utilizing a 27-hole filling station to accommodate capsule sizes from 00# to 5#, including safety capsules A-E . Its core precision is driven by a high-accuracy cam indexer calibrated with a German Zeiss optical dividing head and CNC-machined to ensure flawless turntable and dosing disc synchronization during high-speed operation, delivering filling accuracy of ±3% for Western medicine and ±4% for traditional Chinese medicine formulations . The machine incorporates multiple patented design innovations: a disc valve hopper with vibration device that effectively handles poor-flowing powders such as herbal extracts; a fully enclosed turntable with PTFE oil-free bearings and double-layer silicone seals that requires no internal maintenance for three years; and a negative pressure powder recovery system that captures and recycles leaked powder without cross-contamination . Additional advanced features include automatic die hole cleaning using compressed air to prevent powder adhesion, a slot-type capsule locking mechanism for precise adjustment, and modular filling stations with quick-change tooling for rapid product changeovers . Controlled via an intuitive Siemens HMI and PLC system with automatic alarm and shutdown for empty capsules or powder shortages, the NJP-3800C integrates premium components from ABB, SEW, and Schneider, ensuring superior performance, minimal maintenance, and compliance with the most stringent GMP requirements.
