● It has two pressing functions: pre-pressing and main pressing, which can improve the quality of the tablets.

● The lower punch rod on the workbench of the die has a dust-proof device, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the lower track, avoid sticking of the punch, and help extend the service life of the lower track.

● The variable-frequency stepless speed control device is adopted, which is easy to operate and highly reliable and safe.

● Utilizing PLC and touch screen, various parameters can be displayed and set in a convenient and intuitive manner.

● The digital display shows the rotational speed of the worktable, the pressing force, the filling depth, the thickness of the tablets, the output force and the production volume.

● It is equipped with an overload protection device for the motor. When the pressure exceeds the limit, it will automatically shut down. It also has pressure overpressure protection, an emergency shutdown function and a strong exhaust fan for cooling.

● All components in contact with the drugs are made of stainless steel or have undergone special treatment to prevent cross-contamination, and they comply with GMP standards.

● An optional forced feeding device is available.
