Work principle
Under the rotation action of the coating roller,the tablets or pills tobe coated make continuous movement in the roller,Theperistalticpump conveys the coating media to the spray gun forspraying them on the surfaces of the tablets or pills to be coated Under negative pressure,the inlet air handling unit supplies clean hot airto the tablet bed according to the set procedures and process parameters to drythe tablets orpills.The hot air is discharged from the outlet air handingunit at the bottom of the layer of tabletsor pills,so that the coating media sprayed on the tablets or pills rapidly form solid,dense, flat and smooth film to complete the coating operation.

Cleaning Device
Lt is composed of cleaning pump,output water and input water areautomatically controlled by computer,and equipped with spray gunand rubber pipe. The pressure in the boosting pump is used to convey the mixtureof the cleaning liquid and the desired watersource, Through differater source connections different water inlet valves canbe operatedaccording to the needs to connect with water sources, the detergent adding volume is controlled by valve thenafter mixing enters into boosting pump. Under the action of the boosting pump,flow output is formed within the pressure rangeof the pump according to the parameters in the pump height-flow performance table. The output flow changes with the change of pressure.
